Kevin Raposo, photographer and video producer
Fifteen years photographing sport, property and events across the Greater Toronto Area, for clients from Major League Baseball and Mastercard to WWF Canada and Skate Canada.
I'm a media producer based in the Greater Toronto Area. I share stories and build brands by engaging with audiences through photo and video, and I've been doing it for over fifteen years.
In that time I've photographed the MLB World Series, the NFL Flag Championships and the CONCACAF Champions Cup, covered professional soccer in the Canadian Premier League and Major League Soccer, junior and major-junior hockey, and hundreds of properties across the Greater Toronto Area. I've worked with Mastercard, NHL Street, WWF Canada and Volleyball Canada, among many others.
I hold a Master's Degree, an M.A. in Media Production from Toronto Metropolitan University, with published research on emerging camera technology, two Bachelor's degrees from Western and a diploma from Fanshawe. I'm an Adobe Certified Expert in Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
I pride myself on the balance of creativity and efficiency, from concept to delivery of your final product. When you hire me you get one person from first e-mail to final file: I shoot it, I edit it, and I deliver it. I dedicate the time each project needs. Clients will tell you I'm not the cheapest option, and that's deliberate.
I'm also the founder of Speedy Photographer, an online course teaching working photographers to shoot and edit faster, and I run a YouTube channel with over 35,000 subscribers, with brand partnerships including Kingston and BenQ.
Outside work I'm a huge sports fan and played competitive soccer my entire life. That matters more than it sounds: if I'm shooting your match, I know the game well enough to be watching the right player before the moment happens, which is how you come back with the frame everyone remembers instead of the one just after it.

We recently used Kevin to take some photos at the Baseball Facility where I volunteer, and EVERYONE was very impressed. While at the facility, he moved quietly through practices and clinics, capturing energy and enthusiasm (all despite dismal lighting).
